ESPAÑOL:
Dentro de un hangar existente, ubicado en el predio del Aeroclub Posadas proyectamos un office de estilo contemporáneo. Reuniendo todo lo consecuente a las necesidades de recepción de las tripulaciones y pasajeros, este espacio de dimensiones mínimas está equipado para brindar el máximo confort a sus ocupantes. El mismo se define en tan solo 36 m², del total de superficie de 532 m². El programa se distribuye en dos niveles, en planta baja los servicios: un kitchenette, tabla de desayuno y baño con ducha; y en la planta superior, una sala de reuniones donde se realizan los planes de vuelo con amplias visuales hacia el interior y exterior. La planta de forma semi-triangular permite la total libertad de maniobra para los aviones, conformando un volumen claramente definido. Para acompañar esta premisa formal, adoptamos una estructura liviana tipo Steel frame más flexible en planta alta en contraposición al lenguaje tradicional de la planta baja. Este aspecto sólido, pero a la vez liviano que diverge en la dicotomía del metal y del cristal, conjugándose para contener los interiores. Una cáscara con visuales interiores integrando los sectores de servicio y el hangar; y una gran ventana al exterior que nos muestra el infinito del paisaje y concentra la iluminación natural en la fachada norte. El acceso a la planta superior se da a través de una escalera de chapa plegada de líneas simples, que se desprende del prisma principal. Este hangar además de cumplimentar las necesidades técnicas, pretende ofrecer un espacio para el encuentro y el ocio.

Inside a preexistent hangar, located on the Posadas Aeroclub estate we envisioned a contemporary style office. Including all the elements necessary for the reception of passengers and crew, this space of minimal proportions is equipped to provide maximum comfort to it's occupants. In an occupied area of 532 square meters, the office is defined in only 36 square meters. It is distributed in two stories, the lower level contains the amenities, a kitchenette, breakfast deck and restroom with a shower, and on the upper level, a business room with ample viewing point to the interior and exterior. The semi triangular shape of the structure allows for complete freedom of movement for planes inside the hangar, forming a clearly defined volume. To compliment this formal premise, we adopted a lightweight, more flexible, structure of the steel frame kind for the upper level in contrast to the more traditional language of the lower level. This aspect, solid but light, dances in the dichotomy of steel and glass joining together to contain the interiors. A shell with interior visual integrates the services with the hangar and a big window to the outside shows as the infinite landscape concentrating the natural lighting on the northern face. Access to the upper floor is achieved through a simple lined folded steel staircase, that provides from the principal prism. This hangar, on top of fulfilling the technical requirements offers a space for social meetings and recreation.
